conflux surveryors are stealing time

Quite often when I'm supposed to get 120min. I only get 119.

Maybe they think we won't notice...They must have millions of minutes saved up by now. I don't know what they need it for. They all are in league. Something is afoot.
Something dastardly no doubt. :D

its true' They always steal that one minute from you.

It's because you've ticked down to 119:59 right after it is applied. Time notices always drop the seconds.
