More Billing Issues! [This has nothing to do with Click and Buy]
So,
I was one of the customers who was billed last month and then cancelled. That was frustrating, but hey, mistakes happen, right?
...
So, now, as my bill cycled this month, I was double charged like someone who activated mid-month. To make this stupidly clear, I was:
- Billed for last month as usual, and then cancelled in error.
- Billed twice in August, presumably for last month's post-billing activation, as well as for the month of August.
I own four accounts, and this error only happened to the one that was cancelled in error last month.
Has this happened to others? If you were one of the lucky few who were cancelled in error last month, I would check your bank account if you have not done so yet this morning...
