Don't think I've notice it. There is a Job/Level field you can freely type in on your profile/About Me section. I typed something in it to test it, but haven't seen anything new showing up yet.
Most people are generating their own manually. There is a site that will generate them on the fly, but it requires a 3rd party application to do it (though I don't see why a similar service can't be done by reading information from the linkshell community site).
I believe he is talking about Kingfury's sigs.
