Attempting something new around these forum parts. Suggest some improvement you've always imagined would have helped your fellow players, on jobs you do not play. (If you play all jobs, pick one of those you play the least)
I've always imagined the following would have been a nice update:
Chakra recast: 1 min
5 min recast always seemed just silly long.

Edit: To expand on colorless souls: PLD needs them too, right? However PLD gets another very useful emp, Almace, while BRD gets Twashtar. Almace is infinitely easier to make than Twashtar too. BRD's only REAL emp, that's pertinent to the job, is Daurdabla, and it's FUCKING TERRIBLE to make. -

PLD getting a job trait that converts the dmg they heal with healing spells into a melee dmg bonus of some sort. kinda like that whm stance or whatever it is

yea that thing, could work like heal bombing on a DD that just took alot of dmg from pullin too much hate. then taking that dmg boost and using a ws for numbers on par with say a nin or sam ws

they both can be boosted to about the same numbers too. Restoring Breath a bit higher iirc.
