Currently you have one T2 and one T3 pop in all abyssea areas and in Visions and Scars this isn't too bad, but with the need for Colorless Souls in Heroes areas, you have a massive bottleneck for those needing to kill them for any reason.
My suggestion is that we have 4 pops for T2s and 2 pops for T3s which will help alleiviate this bottleneck.
Yeah it's not too bad for people using third party programs to track the vnm, and see ToD. Anyone who is playing the game the way it was intended is up the creek.

Didn't SE Said that they won't be adding more VNM spawns to the zones?
As for VNM tracking. VNM is now stored on server side, which makes it impossible to track unless it reads the server side info.
Perhaps a solution to the Colorless Soul problem would be to add souls to the Tier 3 VNM in the other 6 Abyssea zones? Some of those are rarely killed right now, it would move some traffic away from the 3 Heroes zones and allow more people to complete their items.
