I always found it annoying having to walk so slowly to get around when I started playing this game a couple years back and still on some jobs this can be annoying without movement speed equipment/spells. The other day, my linkshell invited me to enjoy some Brenner and I noticed the Sprint command which let you run a tad faster for about 10-20 seconds. I was thinking this command would be MUCH more useful outside of Brenner/Ballista as in letting players use it to get around out here in the Vana'diel world. My suggestion is to add this feature so that players can Sprint to get around faster used through the command menu. I'm not saying Chocobos are ruled out, but you can't get back on right after getting off so the Sprint command would come in handy more for moving around getting to monsters during training regimes for example or just in towns/cities.

I want a merit category for movement/regen/refresh! I think it's crap that the world is so big and yet you jog so slowly.

Walking around so slow really is a time sink in this game for beginner and advanced players. As I said, equipment/spells have their uses, but only to an extent of the job you're playing and Chocobos are limited to only taking you from point A to point B.Quote:
