Rare Fish that the Guild dont want

Im curious as to why some fish you cant sell to the guild and yet normal npc shops take them. Take for example the Three eyed fish -A rarely seen giant saltwater fish
with three eyes, currently part of the fishing competitions and yet the guild wont buy them off you.

They're in the food business, you can't eat these.

Quite correct, Mithra eat raw fish and this isnt one she can eat. Hmm when is a fish not a fish
