Please MORE solo BCNM, ISNM, ENM, etc events

I'm not trying to argue that players (or Elite) cannot successfully accomplish the current batch of BCNM's. What I want is simply for average players to accomplish a fight solo.

Many players suggested removing completely or modifying the regular BCNM's level caps. As well as requiring the minimum requirements(if any exist).

Some of the more interesting fights I've taken part of were the solo fights such as Maat and the ENM60 "Pulling Strings". Why? They were designed to be job specific and the rewards were similarly job specific.

I suggest SquareEnix create the a new batch of solo BCNM's that reward player with job specific rewards. Some rewards I, as a player would be interested in...

• Tier III Race specific equipment.
• New Tier IV RSE
• Re-skin(ex Fomor/shade) item
• Job specific equipment(several tiers)
• Experience Rings
• Fellow items(new jobs)
• Charge items (job specific)
• New Furniture~ Pets(mini mob)

As always please feel free to offer any suggestions and tweaks to the basic idea.
