i dont know why this hasnt been done yet, sams are meant to be tp/ws masters so why not allow us to have regain trait, just 1tp every 3 secs would be nice

It's not needed, thats why its not done yet.

Regain is always needed on a heavily Store-TP reliant job. Also TP Bonus is a much better choice of Augment.
