No such thing as 2 day suspensions. Most likely the bot dc'd or their sub expired and since no one watches it, they didn't even know it was offline for 2 days.
Or. Tinfoilhat. The bots I report always take 2 days off after so many reports, as if someone gives them a heads up and says if you get one more report in a row we have to act so they log off and can't be reported that last time.
