5 min to get to last floor before Nyzul isle NM, Lamps, Takes 24 min to light them.
Spend 12 hours farming a Prouesse Ring, Friend gets it on second kill.
Best friend on game after 5 years quits, Gives everything so someone they just met.
If asked to join a party in progress, it will disband when you finally arrive.
Moogle law states: You will get charmed as soon as you hundred fists.
THE MOST EPIC MOOGLE LAW:
SE sets a comment thread to find most popular quote, no one reads past third page.
While soloing on black mage, as soon as you make your move to cast, no doubt a goblin will come out of nowhere, kill you, then run off never to be seen again.
Like any "good" party member, your Adventuring Fellow NPC will realize how tired she is getting immediately after getting a new level, and decide that it's time to disband. "Thanks for the level. {Have stuff to do, gotta go!}"
When you finally bring that PUP to Voidwatch, you will never see that weakness.
Moogle's Law: Anytime you attempt to run threw a zone to get somewhere a random NM will be there to welcome you with Death or atleast knock off your sprinting status.
idk if it was said b4:
When reraise wears off while fighting that super NM on BST, you will mischarm and link 1/2 the zone.
When you spend hours looking for something for a quest then realize when you find it, ahh, i forgot the 3 second cut scene. Back to Jeuno it is.... =/ and so the adventure begins again.
Don't have a face off between Genbu with HP at 1% and a DRK with Dread Spikes up and Genbu kills the DRK and himself in the process.
When u get ready for Dynamis how u always forget food or reraise items
Here's a good one that happened to yours truly... When you rush home from work to get to your Einherjar run on time, only to realize halfway through the boat ride, (with your entire LS waiting for you) that you're on the wrong boat from Whitegate!
Your random lot on an item in the treasure pool is inversely proportional to your desire for that item.
- Moogle's Law.Quote:
If you have hate, don't use Souleater and use a weaponskill.
Moogles's Law
Your pet will come UN-charmed at the worst possible time, to have both pet and monster land critical hits thus killing you
Moogle's Law - By the time you get an invite to an Abyssea party, it's most likely already over.
Moogle Law Cont.:Quote:
Hvinire: When arriving at the BCNM, you've definitely forgotten your orb in storage.
When Arriving at the BCNM AFTER you have gotten your orb from storage, you trade your orb to notice you have already used this orb.
Moogle Law: During a long planned boss fight, there will always be one XBOX 360 White Mage whom will crash at the start.
You alt+tab to look at Facebook because your evasion PWNS... *Woot! The mob can't hit me!*
After posting a new "status" and chatting with your friends, you come back to the game screen only to realize that the monster's TP moves go through shadows... and you're a bit too late.
{/lazytank}
Realizing you bought the wrong tank food.. right stats, less duration.. You wanted to buy the 3 hr food and you got the 15 min food. This wears during a Abyssea NM fight and you are a Blue mage.
When lvling BST solo, if you are within 1000exp from your next lvl, or less then 1000 exp into your next lvl., you will die and die alot. Tends to happen more if you do not have reraise, far from a city, new places, when IRL becomes important, etc.
"When in Voidwatch the proc shall always be the one job you did not bring"
Moogles law: (MMORPG) No one will ever remember your triumphs, they will only remember your worst falls.
The highest lot in the pool was 34. You were so sure that you would win. But as you were laughing hysterically then your lot came up a 33. . . .
When your doing a big nm and the Pld d/c and everyone wipes
When your synth breaks, the insanely expensive item in the recipe will invariably sacrifice itself to protect the grass thread, lauan lumber, or distilled water that the recipe also calls for.
Moogle's Law: When farming a specific item, you'll always get multiples of the one you don't need before you get the one you want.
If you place a bid lower than someone else on the Auction House you will be triple taxed. (if player 1 sells item for 100k, and item price is 100k, then player 2 sells item for 75k, player 2 will be taxed down to 50k) (If player 1 sells item for 175k when item is 100k, player 1 will be taxed down to 125k, the remaining 50k will be returned to the bidder) so on...
As the Notorious Monster is pulled to the party, you realize the Tank and the Healer is both AFK...
Moogle's Law: Show up to Maze of Shakrami, see someone kill Argus. Show up 18 hours later as the only camper. Spam widescan as fast as possible anyway (just in case anyone comes)......at the last minute of the 12 hour window, Leech King pops.
(This is based on a true story and it happened to me maybe 3-4 years ago. I literally sat in the same spot, spamming widescan, staring at the screen for 12 hours, but Argus actually popped and I got the drop 1/3)
Moogle's Law: Walking through Kazham only to fall through the floor near Mihgo's Residence. Everyone passing by steps on your head while you attempt to get out from under the flooring as a THF/NIN with no form of warp. Logging out and back in does nothing to resolve the issue, a GM answers your call, frees you from the entrapment under the floor and as you jump for joy, you realize he put you in jail.
(A true coincidence. during my 3rd year of playing. My friend I was in party with were baffled on why I fell through the floor (game glitch?). After numerous tries we were unable to free me, even with a D2 (I was unable to be targeted by the spell but seen by cursor). The GM shows up after 2 hours and frees me but warped me to "jail". Thankfully it was only for a few seconds (I believe the GM was having fun as he wasn't sure how I ended up under the flooring). Since then, I walk carefully in Kazham and stay away from edges.
