Yes, we would have complained on any day it would have come out. But not without reason. Because of their inaptitude some people will effectively be stopped from regular/scheduled play for two weeks. Is that not something to complain about? We're not being spoiled, we're being rational. They, on the other hand, are not, because this is something that would have been entirely avoidable.
