Please focus your reports on "Odoro" that is the only evidence you need that SE does nothing.
Whether you like it or not Odoro doesn't really do anything against the TOS. The automating he does is less blatantly obvious than a bot that kills for 10,000 hours straight.
I really don't care how you feel about it, I don't care. Tell someone who does, somewhere else.
He is actually, hes disrupting gameplay of others by harassing them and stealing. You are reporting dumb bots that barely do anything to the average person instead of someone deliberately using addons to automate trades and steal from other players.
Deliberately scamming people is against the TOS. And he's probably connected to RMT regardless and should be reported to the STF anyway. And he's also botting. Do you think he's accepting those trades manually? lol
So not only are you overly pedantic about this one speciifc bot issue, you "don't care" about bots that are arguably causing more harm to players than the one you're obsessed with.
I know he's not, he's streaming it, I also don't care. If you care, you report it, maybe it'll work but you've got 70 reports minimum before it gets seen. Better get started.
So what is your point to all this then if you don't care? You are more concerned about bots that do almost nothing to your average player, rather than one that is actively hurting the playerbase and live streaming it to show his narcissism.
Also it looks like their original account got banned from the forums lol
"Original" was years ago. I'm on version twenty something. I guess "lol" though teehee.
I also guess you're just going to have to get blocked. I have no interest in your opinions.
I didn't pay that sub so I had to switch. Too much heat. Change lightning rods, buy more time etc
I still can't believe you're paying SE to stay subscribed to FFXI ....for the privilege of posting these STF reports daily for over 2 months.
Well, start believing. I'll be doing it every single day until the servers close. Or they offer terms, but my terms are unreasonable.
Yeah I reported plenty of folks many times and they're still there a year later ^^;
this guy are sick
If you report a bot and the person is at the keyboard they cannot ban them.
People doing this usually oversee them.
My question then is this:
The ONLY way you can have ABSOLUTE PROOF of the bot being there is if YOU are also there 24/7 watching it every second of this time as you claim it is doing, and then YOU can be considered a bot for doing something that you claim is impossible to do 24/7 - watching someone cheat, ergo you are cheating yourself.
And if you are recording a video of them there, then posting malicious (possibly not 100% true but also possibly not 100% false), then YOU can be brought up on termination by harrassment to a player.
Have you ever thought of that?
"Don't throw stones...."
And no I don't use ANY 3rd party tools, I use 100% vanilla FFXI ingame options only. (I run on Windows VISTA so there are no possible ways for me to use any.)
Take that stupidity somewhere else. They're botting all day long. Go look.
I think what amazes me the most is that many STF reports and forum posts doesn't constitute harassment or griefing, then I don't know what else does. (I mean, that's also against TOS and enforce-able, right?)
That's why the name is blacked out. No name, no rule broken.
Which is apparently their stance on it, they deleted the thread 6 times before I started blacking it out.
You know they can just block you sending reports if you're spamming right?
lol, no, they can't. I can't even fathom why you would think something so incredibly stupid.
The only thing they can do is keep ignoring the reports, which is the entire point. They already do that. You could suggest (and I already pretty much guarantee this is the case) that the .com and/or any english submission doesn't even go through. And again. That's the entire point. The whole premise of the STF is a lie.
He's not talking about on the forums. He's talking about issuing like 70 reports against one person. Which, technically doesn't break any rule that I can see, but you could subjectively call it harassment.
I mean, to be fair, I've reported the same two wintraders/cheaters at least as many times for deliberately throwing PvP matches in FFXIV, which they have clear rules against but don't enforce at all.
Apparently to get SE to uphold its rules, you have to be a famous twitch streamer coming to your game from a competing MMO getting harassed on camera in order for them to actually ban someone for that.
