Just received one! I just wanted to ask though, for those who have purchased 2 digital copies at the same time, the 2nd code will be sent separately correct? I just want to make sure that the second code was not overlooked.

Just ordered it today, about 30 minutes ago or so. I got it straight from the site, and it gave me two codes. One to activate the expansion, and huzzah it actually worked, it's the other one that I'm curious about. It gave me this "unlock code". What am I supposed to do with this? It came with only 16 digits instead of 20, so I can't put it service options thing. Is that just a mistake on SE's part, since there seems to be a lot of that going on, or am I trying to put it into the wrong place? And.....yeah, just ordered it today knowing it can't actually be played until tomorrow. Did I miss the pre-order bonus since technically I did get it before it's playable or no? Doesn't really bother me either way, just would like to know.

Wait a second. What if we want to install JUST SoA? I got the Ultimate Collection for the various bonuses, but I already have the rest of the game installed (up to Abyssea). Is this going to be a problem?

no, when ya run the exe, it will ask ya to click on the expansions and addons ya want to install

when I ran it, it only had SoA checked, since I recognized I had all other expansions and addons installed

I pre ordered the Seeekers Collectors Edsition also
But have all other expansions and addons already

I pre ordered the Seekers Colectors Edition for the Hat and Shirt and also so I'll have it in case I ever have to re install
which I will soon
atm I play on PS3 and 360, til I build a new PC, old PC not working right, would fix but it is almost 7 years old
so when I get new PC built will need to install on that

sometimes play FF XI on my roommates PC when she not using it
She also plays FF XI

I'm pretty sure once we've receive the 4th e-mail from digitalriver (Square Enix Store only) it will have a MLP code that we can use with our account @ http://store.na.square-enix.com for future purchases.

Still haven't gotten the hat code email yet :(

Purchased the game and installed it then went to enter my code and this is what i get.

You cannot add expanded services because either the maximum number of service accounts have been added/registered or there are no service accounts to which the expanded services can be added/registered.

*If you have not performed PlayOnline registration yet and have a registration code that begins with U or if you have a FINAL FANTASY XI 14-Day Free Trial registration code, please select "Add new PlayOnline service account" and enter your registration code.

Just got the mp3 dowload but no code for destrier hat and chocobo shirt.

I ordered the Xbox 360 Ultimate Collection and I have yet to receive the codes for the Music Box or the Chocobo Shirt from Digital River.

Mmmm did you check your email for the music box one? I didnt know I had it either till I actually looked through emails.. and i havent been given a code for the shirt nor beret yet either...

i ordered 2 copies of seekers and only got 1 code i think some one needs to loose there job

You can try Amazon. I got my reg code from Amazon's downloader.

No >< amazon isnt available for me either.

if you can not get it from amazon living in the EU and you need the NA version,
make a new amazon account and use a american address and zip and it lets you run and install it with no problem,

How long will it be before all of the corrected emails are sent out? I have still not gotten anything, so I still can't register Adoulin to my account.

I ordered the Xbox 360 Ultimate collection from Amazon. I got codes for the shirt and beret (2 codes) but i didnt get one for the expansion. Was I supposed to? does having the expansion on disc somehow get around this?

I'm going to cancel my Square Enix order and order from Amazon. The delay is not worth the Music Box album.

I'm in the same situation. I made an account on the NA SE shop site (the one you get to from the NA FFXI website), but instead of Belgium as a country (which isn't an option), I entered a different country (Belize). Then payed with my MasterCard just fine.
Got the email for the MP3s at 6am local time on the 26th, the codes for the ingame items and expansion at 8am, and the DL link for the Edition at 8pm. The code for the t-shirt doesn't work, the destrier beret and expansion worked just fine.

Just a heads up for anyone who is waiting on an e-mail with your download and or reg. codes you have to go to http://findmyorder.com/ and you enter your order info then it should have all your codes and a download link.

Not sure if I should add this here or not but when will the codes for the music download be sent for those who preorder early? Mainly being sense today was release date of the game and all was wondering where the music had gone... only email I received on the matter sent me to an order page and I place the promo code in and hit enter and then nothing. Finally got all my codes the ones for the chocobo shirt are not working how long do you need to wait to enter them isn't the expansion live already lol

Well there is one code in my email, however it is too short to be for any content.. also the Page and the email reads "Unlock Code: Your_MLP_Code_Will_Be_Sent_In_A_Seperate_Email_31" This is rather frustrating..

Also got a 16 part code.. need 20.. still no email here.

I still haven't received my Loyalty Point codes. The findmyorder site just says Your_MLP_Code_Will_Be_Sent_In_A_Seperate_Email on both of my orders. I have checked my email inbox, spam folder, as well as the findmyorder site, but those codes are not listed anywhere. Can a GM here please confirm if Digital River is still working on sending out new emails including *all* of our order information?

I'm on same boat as above. No Music Box still, no Loyalty Point. Got the Expansion code only + Download link. Checked e-mail all day Yesterday and checking this morning, including junk box. Would like to know if stuff are being re-sent or who could help with this matter. Thank you.

Okay, I'm not sure what to do here. This has probably been answered already, but I don't have enough time to read through this entire thread.

I have Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection -- Abyssea Edition on Steam. I pre-ordered Seekers of Adoulin from the PlayOnline site a week or two ago. I've already downloaded the Music Box MP3 files, and I've already taken care of the loyalty points thing and registering Seekers of Adoulin on my Square Enix Account (the same site you'd get another Content ID for a new character from).

However, launching PlayOnline and closing it again does nothing to install anything. I tried launching Final Fantasy XI itself from the PlayOnline Viewer, but even after the short update, it said I couldn't access areas that required the new expansion.

I am now staring at the Begin Download link from Digital River, but I don't know where to download it to.

You must install the Seekers of Adoulin files to be able to access the new expansion content. Registering the registration code to your account, and downloading the version update files, does not install the files needed for the expansion.

Please download the file you mentioned, which is the Seekers of Adoulin installer. It will install the files to the appropriate directory and you'll be set! :)

So, even though I'm using a Steam version of Final Fantasy XI, this installer will find that and install in the proper files? Or do I need to use a browsing function to tell it where to install the files?

i got mine from the se store. i bought the collection for the shirt. i just ran it and clicked on seekers and it installed itself. id assume it would function the same way =P
