did you order from Se's site??
if so reverse the charges(call your issuing bank and tell them what happened) if no order exists thay cant refuse the reversal

Yeah I ordered from the SE store as it was the only way to get an NA copy without a USA billing address

do you have your bill of lading(the reciet of your purchase)?? check your spam folder in your email

It's 4:24 am and we have an email with the music box download links and nothing else. Hopefully we will get the USA region download codes we bought soon as I'd like to get everything registered for us before the expansion goes live.

At you least you got the music box.. I still didn't get anything.

i was only sent my registration code not the download link.... the download is still not available.

Now I'm glad I didn't cancel my Amazon preorder for this music box cd, it's just 5 tracks and they will all be on youtube soon anyway. Sorry to hear about all the suckfest going on though =/

I had this problem already and sent a grand total of 8 emails between DigitalRiver and Square-Enix including help tickets over the last 2 weeks; it's all in the forum thread here "Seekers of Adoulin Excitement!" which is why i cancelled and went to amazon.
