Here’s my problem, SE bring in millions a month in subscription fees and they can’t even hire someone to work on the weekends? Here’s a clue for you geniuses, how about not perform maintenance then go home for the weekend! I cannot get into my account and I keep getting an error code. I have my checking account statement that show the money has come out of the same checking account for months! So why did you close my account??? I thought this month was free anyways? Or was that just a lie? If this month is free why in the bloody h is my account closed because of nonpayment? And while I am at it why do you even have game GM’s? They cannot do anything, so it’s pointless to have them. FIX THE ONLINE ACCOUNTS! AND I BETTER HAVE NOT LOST ANYTHING I HAD ON THE AH!!!!!!!!!!!
um runespider i did pay for it lol. look at the post above. i wasnt just charged once, not twice, but 3 times. 3 transactions in my account. so yes i did pay for it, x3

how ever vague at least we know there working on it now, cross your fingers and get drunk and when the hang over is over maybe the game will work

Yeah JP can make giant working robots but they can't make a successful system at charging monthly fees? I spent all money on my card assuming that April was free and boom I was mistaken. I do appreciate the response from Jhanaka but I wish he would say whether or not I will have to pay for this month because I won't have any money till the 10th. It seems to be a problem with linked accounts more than single ones. My husband and I have linked accounts and I can log in, I just have no content ID, he can't log in at all. Says the reactivation server is an invalid process.
I hope they look into it quickly. Our kids are at gramma's tonight and we had the whole night to play!
im able to log in but get the same valid code.. when they did the maintance last night them tryin to process the free fee they screwed something up , im jus prayin they do a emergency maintance asap i like to play this weekend cause by time SE opens monday ill have to get ready for work which im really gonna be very unhappy
its like ur account was canceled for lack of payment but not, i rather them jus cancel my account let me pay the fee then refund my fee
Your right but u know they shoulda jus charged us the fee let it come out oof the accounts then turn around and refunded it would have been a alot better then tryin to tweak the system to let it be a free fee cause then one minor glitch or thing you do wrong and you have thousand of really really mad people
SE please change "April fees waived" to "April fees waived...lol jk."
You know what the sad part about this is, SE is still gunna charge us to reactivate our contact IDs. I bet there is no problem, it is a scam by SE to at least make some money, since they're loosing so much this month. At least that's my opinion on the matter, but no way to prove it.

Same thing here :( No idea what's going on, can log into pol, but says I have no content ids, go to reactivate content and get this crappy message that says invalid process. Go to check membership info and get same stupid message. Money in account even though supposed to be free month. And sucks cause you can't get in touch with anyone at se because it's the weekend. Would just like to know what is going on, and why some ppl have no problem while alot of others are.
its been like 4 hours since they came n said something they should come back so often to update us with more information on this but nope prolly have to wait till monday etc etc because thats what they do when its convient for them... so i really hope there gonna compensate the time in aby i lost and the drops i lost etc cause im not out raging but im very very unhappy right now and disgusted with this..

Its on the pol site too, they made it official, there looking into it. Maybe it was the massive flood of complaints. we'll never know.
but my thing is this how many times are they gonna apologize instead of listen to us n invest in to some 24/7 customer service or something to better our needs in stead of putting us out ... shuttin down of the servers was understandable this is by far not understandable
i agree customer service should be 24/7. this is not the first time i had to wait a weekend to play because of customer service times. and i don't think it will be the last
Honestly it took them long enough, but I must also look into the fact that it was well into the night over there when most of us got on and found out this was happening. Hopefully after a night's rest, we can all play again finally
well at least they're working on it, makes me personally feel a little bit better, they probably just want us to stop spamming the forums lol

TL;DR - Has anyone even thought that when you re-activated your account after the last billing cycle (March) didn't go through, that the charge for that billing cycle gets recharged next billing cycle. SE may have granted us one month free, but that does not mean your previous debts can go unpaid.
