Americans make some very good movies, and part of the reason we do that is we don't see ourselves as the only talent in the world. We go global and recruit the best talent out here and dont' get bogged down in meaningless differences like what country you were born in. Some of our very best actors and actresses come from other countries for example, and that's why so many of our films are awesome and so many of the actors and actresses living in California are foreign-born. Tim Curry, Anthony Hopkins...ect
So you suggesting Americans ruin films just doesn't line up with the facts.
Square would benefit greatly if they are looking to branch out into the movie business by resorting to similiar methods, because no offense to Square - but their movies suck and could use some american influence. Their games are good, but not their movies.
