What you need to do is somehow catch them interacting with an RMT character to collect the items/gil etc. If he literally never leaves the area, someone's got to come to him.

Even if someone's reading these reports (who knows, probably not), the STF's mission isn't to stop botting, it's to stop RMT. I still don't see the evidence that this botter is RMT. Not every botter is.

Whether they sell the gil or not is completely irrelevant.

Despite your citation and the likes you've recieved, I've never known the STF to be involved with anything that isn't RMT related. If anyone wants to provide examples of STF involvement in non-RMT actions, I'd be happy to see it....
