Because they might enjoy the game more, which would be good for their health and time spent. You see so many social/player-generated problems mentioned across various forums and nearly all of them are because Asura. I still think they should do one free server transfer per character.

Well, unless the server they go to is 100% bot free, they'll never be satisfied. They seem committed to spending their days online yelling at clouds.

If S-E banned every account that used bots and RMT, how many of us there would be left across all servers?

If it was really that bad I'd say pull the plug now. Obviously there are more people than that. There can't be RMT without people to sell to.

I mean when I say 'use bots', I'm including those who use them to control secondary characters on alternate accounts, not just to automate CAP/EP farms which they sell for gil. Feels like huge numbers of players even on our server have one to five companions permanently on autofollow. And I had to stop doing LS events because I was unable to suggest a run without multiboxers jumping on with their third-rate healbot alts.

Perhaps not as low as 100, but it feels like botters and gilbuyers make up the vast majority of the current playerbase.
