SEEKERS OF ADOULIN -- Order Details, having a problem!

I got the codes and it is still listed as a pending transaction. I even redeemed the code for the ultimate seekers expansion, but the stand-alone expansion came with no code.

This is why they should of just made a physical copy this digit copy crap is failaga..... Especially since SE doesn't know how to do it right.

I ordered the Ultimate collection from the SE store (Digital River). At about 3am I got all the codes and music but no download link for the game.

According to the Japanese version of the SoA site (as translated by google) the software is available on March 27. As I write this the 27th is still about 30 minutes away in Japan. Since SE has decided to use DR for it's store I am assuming that DR takes it's directions from the Mother Company and will not release the software until the 27th Japanese time. So in half an hour I will be spamming the refresh button for my email and hope that the download link comes sooner then later.

I'm alittle upset they made it PC download, i just like having a real copy i can have whenever i need it.

but im all registered and downloaded so once i get off work tomorrow and do update i'll be shouting <Runefencer quest NPC where? Help me out!>

We thought the same thing but we can not find it on a search of our bank history. I am sure it was on as pending for a while.

Just got the code for Stand-Alone Seekers.

Just got my code for Seekers stand-alone and registered it. The Digital River page now shows me installation instructions when I view my order (it used to just be blank), but no download button still. It says "Processing Registration" so I guess more waiting! But at least progress was made?

ok so now i have the content id's and a dl code that does not let me downlode anything but i guess its sumthing XD

this might be a lil offtopic but, if we don't have a credit card, why can't SE let us use Paypal? i've been looking everywhere for SoA and it tells me i have to have a credit card and i don't have one

My Digital River page shows the order there but don't say if it went through or not. I still have the option to cancel it. Tho it show the instructions to dl and register that I got on comfirmation e-mail when pre-ordered. The page is not much helpful, lack of information. No download link also.

look at the order page now it says Buy Now and 20 mins ago it said Pre-order

I got my Expansion Code, but no Soundtrack code and no game download email yet.

Got my codes just now. Can't do anything yet until I get home.

Ordered off of SE's site: got the coupon code via email for Musicbox Adventures at 10 AM yesterday morning; input it this morning and downloaded all of it off of its order page with no issue. Next, got the Content ID code for Seekers of Adoulin (expansion) at 7:30 AM this morning. Said code has already been input--but my order page for the expansion on findmyorder.com is much like SMD111's--download instructions but no "Download" link.

So I'm likewise stuck.

Downloaded the expansion via the filedropper link, just in case--but I'm only going to install it from the .rar if I don't get a real download link from SE/Digital River by the time maintenance starts this afternoon...

BTW, where's the supposed Loyalty Code the instructions talk about? Because I don't see it anywhere on the order or the invoice.

So the code came, but no down load link. :/
When I go to the page it tells me too the first thing I see is this note:
"Please note: The game servers for the new expansion content will be made available from March 27th, 2013. "
So what is up with that :/

ok i just called square enix support and apparently you have to register your code today. then you can download your digital copy after midnight tonight after 12am pst. which is kinda bs if you ask me

I ordered from the SE site and so far only gotten he music box info, whatever the hell that is, just give me the game ffs! haven't gotten my codes or any download link or anything

You need 1 to do 3... and there is no way to get 1 (i strongly suspect it's just the thing that pops up when you put the install disk in) I skipped straight to 7, logged into ffxi and it told me 'expansion content is not installed you will be unable to access these areas).... no shit, they haven't released the expansion from SE yet.

Here is my suggestion for EVERYONE that is having this problem (as long as you have gotten your codes anyway), go to you're account management page, register your code, and wait.

This advice stems from the fact that i have re-installed ffxi about 20 times because I had a computer that kept 'losing' it. If you have expansion pack data registered to the server it will automatically detect that fact when it considers what you need to install to have the 'full game' that you have registered. Thus once you have the code registered, it will allow you to install all of the seekers files, as soon as seeker's content is available as long as you have the code registered.

so we all have to wait to download it. *_* but did the ones who order from a different store download it already?

Ok so we who orderd from digital river don't get to recive the download until later on today.... Yet anyone who orders on Amazon (which btw is not the company making the game) was able to download and install and update 2hrs before the game was released.. don't see much sense in that but ok.. will be waiting for my email with my download >.>

I have two accounts, so I ordered one copy of the game from Amazon and one copy of the game from the NA store.

Amazon sent me a download link to install a few hours ago, but no download link from SE until I guess tomorrow.

no link for it in service and options or am i just that stupid?

I think you can only register now. Download is either later tonight during maintenance or tomorrow.

ok then explain why only SE makes you register then wait a day which btw, I have been through every expansion since game first came to the US, we didn't register before downloading an expansion we bought installed and updated at same time, so why now? and why does sites like amazon alow for the download and instillation w/o hesitation?:mad:
