How about 1,000 years into the future? How does that sound? Give us a high-tech city too like that of Esther in FF8.

To be serious, when WoTG came out I thought that they would have made a future expansion following it, since they were going the whole time travel route.

One thing I would love to see if they somehow did do this, is in the future, all the nations and such are anti-adventurer and they had cleansed the land of them due to corrupt politics and adventurers becoming to renown. You'd have every element against you and it'd be that high level dream of dreams zones.

I'd love to explore the entirety of Aht Urhgan. It always bothers me when I look at that map and more than half of the continent is cut off.

As adventurers, we should venture off to more distant lands in the current era. We just keep saying alternate dimension ideas because we have that for 2 things, WotG and Abyssea. If I am an adventurer, Id be more intrigued to seeing what lies beyond other borders we have not explored. Maybe I'll find the Lost City of El'Taru Taru.

Though I'm biast, if we're going to a new land I'd rather see the Mithran homeland over anything dealing with Tarus. I'm kinda curious how many more rips into alternate dimensions Vanadiel can support before it implodes.

Square doesn't need any more excuses to use copy-pasted zones. If there's an expansion I'd like to see a few new, from scratch, zones.

give me the rest of world first!! then give me the future(but not really)

far east - can we beat up tenzen again? i didnt like him. phoenix avatar!! beat on yagudo and the empty. new jobs from seems unlikely, nin and sam come from here, what else could there be?? chocobo knight.....

northern beastman homelands - deadly orcs and gigas could bring in new challenges. possible new jobs like machinist/engineer. lost elvaan kingdom?? with dragoons galore?

the south - mithra homeland!! southern empire, lots of story here. possible new jobs like chemist, geomancer/elementalist, green mage....

far west - land of mystery for good reason?? better technology or arcane magic to make it hidden/isolated. new jobs like GUNBLADER, necromancer (sigh), gladiator

theres alot of content left in the present. many possibilities for fresh and exciting story-lines, jobs, monsters, game content. those new continents could even be used to "upgrade" current jobs. each of these continents could provide finer tuned job users.

I vote for more kitties.

Aw damn, you beat me Amanie. I was gonna suggest down south with Mithras, but a southerrrn accent. And wasn't up north the homeland of Shiva? Or is that Fei'Yin? If not, I want to see what's left of her kingdom.
