Introduction - When i'm not out slaying monstrous souls, returning to the past to protect my fellow nations from utter demise, or cooking up deliciously yummy sweets in Windurst, I'm in my somber and quaint San d'Orian home. From the soft chirping tunes, to the warmth of my fireplace and a good book in my hands, there is truly no place like home.

After a long day of Adventuring, everyone needs a place to relax. My choice is my humble abode, the Adventurer's Loft. Starting from the left, being part of the fishing guild has its perks. This is where I take my fish and materials and sometimes cook them in my Galley Kitchen. My moogle has been practicing and has learn to cook a couple meals too! My 9 Drawer dresser and mannequin is where I keep my equipment and job change. Lastly, on the right side is where I do my crafting and fill out orders for people needing leathercraft items. In the summer we always have nice beverages on the table and of course the Windurst Magical Fountain filled with ice cold water.

My "Do it Youself" Mog
Not only do I take pride in my mog, I take pride in making all my own furniture. I have +90 Woodworking and 80 synergy and most other crafting subs to 60. The only items in my mog that I did not make are a few of the R/EX items from quests. I have so many other furnishings on NPC storage that will not even fit. I have 13 lvl 99 jobs and gears and r/ex stuff but I still keep my mog in top shape for visitors.
A few of my favorites include the Mog Bonanza statues that I have collected which I placed together to make a FFXI Chess Set. The Royal Bed took me 5 years to get my crafting high enough with required subs. It is signed. The woodstall was a relief to make after a week of synergy skilling. I adore my Chocobo stature.
I often make signed furniture and give away to friends. :)

Bringing the Memories Home
Introduction text:
In the hot summer months, there's no better way to cool off than to go to the beach. But the life of an adventurer is fraught with danger and constant activity, so we can't always visit those places we like the most. Sometimes, you have to bring those memories of cool breezes and salty water home. It doesn't take much to jump-start a memory: the blue water of the sea and the fish that swim in it, the white sand of Siren Sands and the crabs that scuttle at the shoreline, and the shady palm trees and vivid flowering plants that cluster by the rocky outcrops that encircle the dunes. You might not get to visit the beach, but if you're at home and you take a moment to relax and close your eyes, then maybe you'll feel like you really are there.

Waking up in my Mog house at 6 am and seeing my Moogle Dance!
Introduction Text:
So the year was 2004, mog and I had started decorating our house together. Many years have passed since then and now mog is fairly certain that our home looks quite festive! Mog tends to complain that I never clean up, dust around, pick up the leaves that I track into our home after a long days battles. Mog does not realize how much work I do, its hard going out and rolling my cards getting 11's for my friends and shooting down bad guys with my pew pew gun.
We have a great relationship, mog takes care of my plants (but secretly I think mog forgot to water them because I never clean up anymore) and mog is always quite cheerful every morning when I wake up. Mog says that the coolest part of our house is that at night he always feels a warm glow from all our festive decorations.
