Started on PS2 in 2002, near the JP PS2 launch, before a PC version was available. My only computer then was a Macintosh from 1995. I didn't get a computer capable of running the game until 2006, and with all the driver troubleshooting and other Windows problems, I still play primarily on PS2, since it is more stable. I occasionally play on PC when I need to use the wiki a lot, but my second monitor is set up for TV input and mitigates that need, since I can use the wiki on the other monitor.
Only reason for PC to become primary for me would be all the unofficial mods, such as the in-game map DAT replacements. Last time I tried to primarily play on PC, SE released Wings of the Goddess and broke support for my Radeon 9600Pro, and I went from 328-30 FPS in-game to 3-10 FPS, in all zones. Buying a new graphics card for one game was not worth staying on PC when my PS2 still worked fine.

And here I thought the PS2 players were too frightened to post they are still using the system.

360 here! Fortunately most people in lm LS are on 360 and the voice chat is awesome on missions and battles!

I started playing on a PS2 and still do. I've recently obtained a laptop and have been playing on it as well, now, but only because I also-recently bought a PS3... which meant I could conveniently play using my PS3 controller, haha.

PC always, better interface, stronger stats, higher graphics.
XBOX should leave.
