Character Reactivation Service

Deffo good news. ;) My friend is in the process of downloading the updates now that he's got his character back, so I guess it wasn't so hopeless after all. :P

How did he get it back so quick?

I just think he just filled out the form and they saw they still had his character and are reactivating it.

I got my account renewed and put in the request yesterday. I'm glad I stuck it out!


EDIT: They initially couldn't find my character but got me back and going shortly later. I'm BACK!!!
