Blue Mage "Fast Cast" Trait + Isador

Fast Cast 1 = 10%
Casting time -5%, recast -2.5%

10% fast cast isnt -10% recast time. I really doubt they nerfed our JA, it just isn't practical to do. nor logical. they uncapped fast cast, why would they nerf us?

Seriously? Read the thread, do the tests yourself, then tell me it's not broken.

Also, your perception on how fast cast works is wrong.

If it's any indication on these forums, we need to get this thread to 20+ pages before we get any response from the team :/

I love how the lolwiki says the first job to get FC 1 now is 72 Blu with Rdm getting FC2 at level 15.

That's the only part of his post that is correct :( Fast Cast 1 is -10% casting time and -5% recast time (everyone but him seems to already know this). Not really sure how he got 5%/2.5% from "Fast cast 1 = 10%" lol.

i just copied what was in wiki :P i dont really use fast cast on blu, i just learned how to time shadows :( i dont have isador either so i wouldnt have noticed any change if there was any. i havent heard anyone with it say they never get hit or anything so idk how SE knew to nerf it.

the 10% fast cast i assumed was like haste. 50% haste doesnt equal 1/2 recasting time it means your current speed x 1.5. and recast time is w/e the % is based on player testing. so i assumed 100% fast cast would be ultimate cap, not necessarily casting at 0%
