Do you mean it as an additional Mog-House button under the already existing Open Mog-House button\options once inside your Mog-House or do you mean it to be as both available for both in and outside of your Mog-House as an ability to do so??

The current 'open mog house' button only applies to current party members, and probably resets when you log. I mean add an option to open your mog house to your primary linkshell, allowing any member of that linkshell to enter (likely with a cap) whether or not you were online. Effectively letting you create a linkshell house of sorts. I have a small but tight linkshell and it would be nice to have a little hang out area we could decorate and enter without the owner having to be online, etc.
There are probably technical limitations that would prevent it, just thought I'd mention it.
I'm not going to look through 149 pages to see if this was mentioned earlier. But one of the few things I would like is an option when using /sea to expand the list or load the the next set when the game won't display all the results.
there should be a way that you can set various mog house sets and change them from anywhere. like lets say for example you want a woodworking enhancement while you choco dig, or you want a smithing enhancement while you make voodoo, or maybe a fishing enhancement while you fish the higher level fish. whatever your guilty pleasure. can this be done? i have no clue, but it would be really really cool.
Can you add a consolation prize to the Mog Bonanza for those who get 10x Bonanza Balls? Just replace the 10th one with a Rank 5 prize instead... It makes me sad to get 121x balls when I'd be happy if every character could at least get a costume item. :x
Just add an extra bit of dialogue with the moogle taking pity on us on the 10th Rank 6 trade-in and slipping us a Rank 5 freebie instead because he's SUCH a nice guy. Make it all gloaty and self-satisfied sounding. Feels totally in character for them. XD
I saw this JPside devpost and since it looks like it's impossible to add new job-linked wardrobes, I would like to suggest instead:
* A new safe for only furnishings. Could probably get away with only 50 slots if 80 is too much to handle. This would make it a bit easier to keep our inventory tidy, and free up a bit of general storage space for those who like to decorate their house for looks.
* Storage2. Just like the current "Storage" bag, just extending past the normal 80 mark. Would work really nicely with the furnishings safe since we wouldn't be as limited in our decoration choices. Especially all of the +1 storage furnishings since they take up as much space as they provide.
* Indirectly related, please add methods to remove augments from Skirmish/Escha/Reisenjima/etc equipment. Regaining the ability to POL-send R/EX gear that could be sent before it was augmented doesn't seem like it could disrupt game balance. Would be nice if we could re-curse Escha-Ru'aun abjuration gear as well via synergy.
i think you should add a huge list of nms to the roe list, and label it nm hunter. we can kill the nms and get a key for doing so once a month. the key would also provide ambu gear and sr gear, that is hard to get.
for the crafts that are dead on certain servers, you should make the older products npc'able for more gil than they are for now. this would entice people to craft again.
Wouldn't hurt to adding a new Goblin NPC in Reisenjima at #10 area that can store and keep track of your count of all job AF cards and scales from the 5 bosses.
If it's not possible to adding a new goblin NPC in Reisenjima to hold and keep track of Omen Job Cards and Omen Boss scales, then maybe add a new Goblin NPC in Jeuno or Norg that can handle storing Cards and Scales.
although Job cards can be deliverable to same-account characters, and scales can't, they all still take up inventory space
Should also add something else to do with scales. By the time you get enough cards for a single piece of equipment you already have like 10-20 scales
Let us use scales to create additional OU pops.
is there a recipe for mixed fletchings?
can u find a use for more woodworking logs for pops or something like that? the prices plummetted on my server on all logs, so they are pretty much useless now, they need a purpose for people to keep buying them.
Can we get a notification from the Green Thumb Moogle in Mog Garden when we unlock a new KI? Something that basically tells you to go talk to the NPC in Adoulin or a Skipper Moogle because they have something for you. This would be a nice QOL improvement that should be relatively easy to implement I'd think?
i have been doing the quests to get my woodworking synthesis shield to par, and i found out on the last quest i cant make the kit for the aquariums its 85 alchemy. to be honest this part of the quests is total crap, i wish you would take it off the list. its just utterly rediculous and not only that but when u finally get to the end of it u find out that you cannot make the last part , and i dont know any alchemists to help either.
The aquariums themselves, and all mats involved other than "Saltwater Set" should be doable for you. However, "Saltwater Set" looks to be an 82 alchemy synth.. Maybe they should put "Saltwater Set" up for sale from an npc somewhere in this case? It does seem rather lousy that one craft can get utterly hosed due to lack of other players w/ a different craft.
Question why are you making the kits instead of the aquariums themselves which are the requirement? The 3 levels lower for salt water set + kitrons + ionis should make it fairly doable.
As far as difficulty seems to be the point. While some get off lucky a lot of the shields have a set that are rather difficult to make/find ingredients for. Was there way of introducing artificial difficulty into these I suppose
I'm sure confused then. What kit are you speaking of? Do you mean salt water set? Because that's listed as 82 not the 85 you said for a kit. Also a few sell a week if that helps. Make sure to wear both success rate rings too. Wouldn't hurt if you could get torque as well. And make sure you aren't wearing shield when doing these
yeah i misread the numbers, but its still a pain in the ass, im gonna get guild pts and get a stall, and maybe even an apron or caduceus. that should solve the problem. its just really time consuming, i didnt have this much trouble with goldsmithing and it was hard.
92 percent done with the woodworking quest now, thanks to all the advice.
could you give woodworking some real voodoo, something that stuff sells for 20-100milion +, every other craft has at least something and we got ancient gear that noone wants.
Woodworking does get abj gear, it just tends to be for currently unpopular jobs. Prices are not set by the devs, they are set by the players based on supply/demand. For instance, if MNK is not popular, then demand is low and so will be the prices for related gear. ^^;;
i just wish it could make more other job voodoo monk and ninja are fun jobs dont get me wrong but they dont ring in the big bucks. and if the voodoo was good for them it would have to be superb like massive store tp, and massive damage + gear, with high strength and agility. something worth paying 100mil for.
what about voodoo abjuration weapons? strong like the blue mage abj set of armor.
SE/parts of the player base don't like the idea of just buyable things to compete with REMA
As far as voodoo no it's not really great for melees particularly ones out of favor. However many of the pieces are arguably BiS for pup tanking. Kendatsuba and Oshosi sets are pretty strong so could probably make some money off of those
May have asked for this before, but just in case:
Can we get a new Mog Gardens campaign that doubles the credit for activity towards ranking up? (Not doubling the number of harvests, since that would just double the amount of junk we need to toss/vendor.)
EX: Pull up the coastal fishing net (for your normal/expected catch) and it gets counted as doing it twice as reported as such via Tidbits of Information.
Mog Gardens take longer to max out than it takes many to build a REMA weapon these days. :/ Especially with the Ygnas trust being locked behind it, it would be greatly appreciated if the gating was reduced, even if only via a monthly campaign.
Stop asking for campaigns to fix things. The fixes should be in the BASE game.
This idea actually sounds like a perfect fit for a campaign and avoids any concerns about increasing supply of harvestable items (which the devs have brought up before.)
I agree that certain campaigns should be made permanent (ex: Domain Invasion Anti-Predator / No Flying,) since the related content simply doesn't get completed otherwise, but not everything falls under that category.
I would be ecstatic if they halved the rankup values instead, but have zero hope/expectation that they would even consider that, so I'm not going to ask for that.
The only thing that is "hard" about ranking up the gardens is the Furrows. Not everybody likes checking their garden 6, 8+ times per day and farming up ludicrous numbers of Revival Tree Roots. One shouldn't even have to do that, to be honest, because everything else ranks up just fine doing each activity once per day.
Everything else, I feel is reasonable for ranking it up.
As for Ygnas... I think it is a mistake to lock Ygnas (and the quest relating to it) behind the Golden Shovel Cordon. I mean seriously, now...
And last I checked, it takes longer to attain Legendary with all the Coalitions than it does to finish Mog Gardens (assuming you used Revival Tree Roots).
Ergons would be the exception due to them also having time-locked progress. Relics, Empyreans, Mythics, and Aeonics are all possible to finish in less time than Mog Garden tho. @_@;; Not the primary point, just one of many reasons why a double credit campaign would be nice.
