SSD are awesome 2 minutes to copy the 52,000 files.

try this, goto findmyorder.com and put in your email and the last 5 numbers of the credit card you used to buy it with. That should pull up the invoice page on the SE store site. if your codes for the hat and t-shirt are not there, i'd give SE a call later saying your order is messed up and you didn't get your codes.

I have no codes on invoice yet. Do all the codes (bonus, music, game) show up there? Should dl link appear there as well later?

I found Expansion codes at bottom of second music box link Email, registered fine.
However I just tried to register codes for T-shirts and Berets for two accounts "The entered code has expired." Really? Really???

Well at least I have the awesome music box music to listen to whilst I wait

the hat and shirt codes should have been there if you got the collectors edition (full game). I remember reading there was some problems early on tho.

Nope, I got the expansion alone. But wondering if other keys will be added to invoice or I'll have to contact them later if no e-mails come.

I got mine from Amazon download and install went fast. I have the registration code and logged in SE but damn if I can find a place to register this expansion. The only registration I see is buy a registration code. Anyone know exactly what to click on to get there?

I just ordered mine from the Square-Enix store. They were still listed for 'pre-order.' Two copies, one expansion and another full (I have two accounts).

I was able to register the Destrier Beret and full complete Seekers of Adoulin pack for my alt character. The code was included for the complete version of the game. The chocobo t-shirt code is 'expired' but I'm assuming they haven't activated the codes on their end yet until tomorrow.

But my Adoulin stand-alone expansion code is missing. What gives? Also when I ordered the site was advertising the mini-soundtrack thingy, and I didn't get anything regarding that either.

i have not received any response from DR other then an auto response full of garbage that had nothing to do with my issue

I had A LOT of problems with DR and SE back when I bought FFVII in august. I replied to an e-mail that was mentionned in the automated message and ended up contacting people on their Customer Service, who did actually replied.

I also have problems with download links and such for SoA, and sadly, Amazon in Canada doesn't offer downloading.

EDIT : Actually, I finally understood how DR & SE works with orders and finally found my order. Even though it was my mistake, the difference between the two are hard to tell when in the different sections of the shop.

i have not =/ i pre-orderd my copy on the 25th of feb and only gotin a music code wich i also cant get to down lode. no content id's or dl code =/

I just got the codes in email for the expansion. I successfully added them to my service but haven't received or found a download link for the files. The findmyorder.com shows the purchase and the software but no download links are available.

Everything is setup but the software expansions. I don't even know if those will install still based on the minimum requirements they stated as VISTA.

Got music box code last night (or rather found it in my spam folder just now). Still no download link or registration codes for Seekers though. Edit: I should say, I just bought Seekers, not the collection.

It seems like only people that got the collection are getting codes.

no codes for the hat or shirt
been waiting for dl link since I got e-mail saying it is rdy since 3:09 am EDT, it is now 10:11 am EDT, so waiting for 7 hours and counting.....

Pre-ordered mine since Feb 28th, only music code but no expansion code. Never pre-ordering from SE store ever again. Worst customer service, I hate frustrations w/ a passion.
