Why are the Prishe Boots+1 time gated?

Presumably the quest will be back along with the login campaign.

It's supposed to be reactivated after the update.

Don't put it off though; I get this feeling that it's going to be a limited opportunity again.

Until 3rd raid next year but after that, who knows.
