Need ways of direct cour > gil or exp > gil conversions

ah, he gets it. The other reason to make cruor able to buy the items is so that EVERYONE who contributes can get access to the Items, not just the guy running your group for his 15th empy. this was what always sucked with relic weaps, and to an extent mythics-you were expected to do the work WITHOUT the reward for your efforts. Quite frankly, remove ALL the drops in VW and the like events, make it strictly a cruor system, divided evenly between the players in attendance automatically by the game server, allow the rewards to be bought and let the group leaders decide if they are going to reward CaptainAFK over there by letting them just coast into the cruor pool or get the swift kick in the ass their contribution deserved.
