Monsters, If you could, what would you be, and why?

leech, to comment on how half the players play today...

I'd say Bugbear strictly for Flying Hip Press, but honestly I'd rather go for Tonberry or an Amphiptere.

Because Tonberries are just murder, and Amphipteres are probably the scariest shit added to this game when past areas came out.

I'd probably go with a Goblin, or maybe a Quadav, because that's the Race I would play if Beastmen were playable like the races of Altana.

On the other hand, if Beastmen are ruled out then I would have to go for a Soulflayer. Uh... those don't count as Beastmen, right? (My backup would be a Rarab and you already know why.)

No contest, for me: Tonberry.
