Well, good! If it works and you have fun (what's the point otherwise?), sod what trolls and elitists think and to be honest, I don't think there's anything wrong with your set-up, I'm sure people could list better harder-to-get equipment, but it really doesn't matter.

This is what I'm saying, I'm currently 1/3 bb items, and out 1.5mil, no biggie. Do a little abyssea, convert your cruor to vw cells, or chocobo blinkers if you have inventory space and time. It's not really that hard, it just requires a little patience and ingenuity. Or farm dynamis and sell drops. FYI, I'm under one million in gil right now and under 100k in cruor, so I'm not rich but I buy stuff alot, so I know it's easy to get gil and I'm not loaded or sitting on 60million plus in dynamis currency.

Lose those things. They're terrible and should never be considered a viable h2h for MNK. If you want something better that takes no effort then get this..

Also you should never, ever, consider taking off Brutal Earring for something else. Not trying to make fun of you since that's Gokku's job but yeah. Some slight adjustments would help you a lot.
