Well, It took SE 5 years to adjust the BP:Ward range and that is a single number as well. Spirits also haven't had their recast adjusted, and that is 10 years of waiting. Single number changes are the kind of stuff that takes ages to do, so it really is a big deal when it is "wasted" on unpopular content.Quote:
