I frankly would have been satisfied with a lower entrance fee (200k?) and a lower wait time between each dynamis. Would also have been nice if there were multiple copies of each dynamis zone, so people wouldn't have reservation issues when many small groups enter instead of one large.
The update sorts out the entrance fee issues, wait times, but I really don't want Dynamis to be free for all, all the time. I'd like for my own party or alliance to have the zone for itself.
I have been thinking about exp rewards in dynamis before, actually, but in the form of massive bonus EXP (5000 exp for normal bosses, 10k for clearing the zone (per player, of course)?) when killing bosses in there, to give people a bit of an incentive to not just farm in there.

I'm happy with the update.
Dynamis content is old. Most of Relic Armor isn't that good anyways. Just some pieces are useful nowdays and I've done Dynamis for years and it's repetitive and can be really boring at certain parts. I know the LS makes it fun and funny, but even with cool and fun ppl it can be tiring sometimes.
This update make it more accessible to new and casual ppl. I think it's a good idea because give them a chance to get some pieces that are good or better stuff till they can get the good stuff in Abyssea done. It makes Dynamis more fun letting different ppl in there at same time and can be interesting.
XP in Dynamis is something they could have done a long time too. I don't see a problem letting us do it every day if we want. At least it gives you more days you can go if you can't go on a day or if a LS is already in there.
Let's move forward, not backward.

I think the changes to Dynamis as proposed work's in 2 way's good and Bad so will list them.
1.More then one party can enter zone (Dynamis Ls Have asked for this since Dynamis Event was Born)
2.Experience in killing mob's(This is not needed we have Abyssea keep the challenge)
3.can enter each day(This is a welcomed change and can be done the Same for Limbus)
4.Key Item for Entry (This should remain Hour Glass for the whole team set at Current 500k Value)
5.Welcomed also is the more recent change of increase Relic drop's in Zone
Nothing Else need to Change Except New Dynamis Zones With more challenging Mob's and Relic 2 perhaps as we have now with Abyssea AF3

I totally approve this dynamis update and am totally looking forward getting a relic weapon at last.
My only concern is what is going to happen with NMs? will Dynamis Lord be a force pop? will Ying and Yang drop the pop item and Demon Lords drop theirs and so on? And how drastic will the decrease of currency drop be?
Also I wouldn't mind if this applied to Dreamlands too, I expect Dynamis Linkshells to start fighting over those after the update, since reservation will still be needed there. Maybe we could start getting accessories/-1 in non-dreamlands too, to balance it?

some of these chages are good but no reservations and pop NM's its bad enough in abby fighting to get a pop from a ??? on some Nm's now we going to have in dyna to no thanks

i have no clue whats going to be changed for real appart the hour glasses being replaced and beeing able to enter daily and no reservations, and something MAYBE certain nms being force popped.
but what does that mean? instanced? mobs FFA?
for me this sounds like like another version of Abyssea, and I keep naming Abyssea a retarded Version of Dynamis.
Alliances clobering loads of mobs for drops.
i am not against it, but certainly not in favorof it until i know more
