Where is my chocobo wand Square ENIX?

Yes there is.

So is the chocobo wand only given to one account on a Square-enix account? Because there's two, seperate POL accounts on my Sqenix account. So far, only one account has gotten the wand. Just curious if I'm going to even get one. :x

Wow that makes this item useless. One week recharge time! "Chocobo wand has 5 days left on recharge." Ugh!
