no I meant regarding a password mismatch for your log on this forum. It seems linked to PoL especially if you have a security token.

It's still trying to charge me. I've been active for years so I doubt I don't qualify for the free month.

Oh my passwords are fine, I can "log on" it's just when it gets to the point of reactivating my ID I get the 5024 error, thus making me unable to reach the POL home screen, thus not allowing me to change my CC info.

I can access my FFXI content ID after a payment through "Reactivate ID". If you get 5024 still that is no good =(

same here cat not able to do anything for the error page

So the question now is ... are they going to bother trying to fix this today or are they just going to tell us information that we already know that doesn't help us at all?

It's annoying that can't get on, more annoying that they're just taunting us by telling us something we know.

A few of my friends have been able to get on, but they already had access to the POL main screen, while the rest that are locked out are not able to access the main menu of POL

good question somehow we need to get their attention so they see not everyone is able to get back on to do anything

There are still some of us not able to get back in the game yet as of the post that the game is fixed.

Probaly going to be 12-24hours till a reply again anyways..
