I seriously hope they don't expect us to be happy that they just fixed the EU problem. They need to also update us US people as to why we are having these problems and not just leave us in the dark.

you wonder why WOW has so many more players. well here's the answer se suffers from customer no service
I was able to pay the 3 xpack that closed off my account and get to the list to reactive my content ID's and then I stopped when I saw that SE wanted to hit me with another $13.95 April fee...um....so yeah, not happy.
My husband account I tried to reactive his content ID's and it wouldn't even let me in, just error out when it tries to pull up his chars that are missing content ID's....
If this game wasn't my drug, and I didn't have so many friends there. I'd totally quit after all this lol.
My wife and I pay off of the same credit card but I can not log on and she had no problems at all. What makes it worse is today is Saturday so we will have to wait 2 more days to get it taken care of most likely.. I dont mind paying for the month at all as long as I can play NOW. I dont need their free crap.
Exactly, damn. If "paying for this month" means my shit isn't going to be taken away, I'm all for it. A free month from Square Enix was always too good to be true.
And this is why everyone see's the game and it's company as a joke. Why would you plan a registration maintenence at the same time things are going to be billed? Ecspecially when your doing "something different" this month.
I'll add myself to the list as my wife's account has the same problem with "No Content IDs". My account hasn't changed, and imagine my surprise when I try to log in my wife and it says she has No content IDs.... Nothing I can do about it either.
okayi just logged on with my account i got the ytou have been billedm essege but nothing was charged to our account, loggedm y hubby on fine and he didnt get the you have been billed pop up.. all our content id's are there..
Time to try for the 30th time!

I just tried to login and am having the No Content ID error. I get all the way to the play screen and then get the message. I go into reactivate and get another error. My BF and I both play and use the same CC, he is in just fine, while I am sitting here reading through the forums wondering what is going on.

i was kicked out of the game to but my kid is still in the game WTF?
Sweet, my account I deactivated on the 29th, I can reactivate that ID right now, yet my long time account that was fine at 2am last night, that I play all the time, I cant reactivate, get that damn error code. This really makes me very angry.
maybe if someone tweets it , it will grab SE's attention
I for one will not be paying to reactivate my account. It was fine last night and now its not. That's their problem. If i had deactivated it then that's one thing. But it has payed for and up to date for the last 3 years.
I have a problem with paying from December to Feb, but I made up for it in March. And now April rolls around and because you wanted me to not pay for something, I can't get service? @_@
If they try to make me pay for it they will have an issue lol. I can let some things go but when it comes to money and paying for something I shouldn't have to I draw a line. I am hoping that they will not charge me though.

Same here, I cant log into.....says i havent paid this months fees....then when i do try to reactivate i get an error code, checked my cc, not issue there, in fact doesnt even have an SE charge to it...what's going on???? Any help would be appreicated.
