Improuving Black Belt to 99

That's not improving the Black belt now is it? In many martial arts the black belt is a symbol of everything you have achieved, how hard you've trained. Buying a belt does not fit Monk imo. I would've hoped to see a few more quests for the black belt.

I mean its an item with stats like the black belt but better, so yes, it's improving on it
