I'm assuming recasts are still capped at 50% though right.
RDM90/SCH45 in light arts, loq. earring, af hat, relic body, swift belt and haste(spell) my reraise recast is 32 of the normal 60 seconds. I dont have the rest of gear needed to even reach 50% :(
