Give us the Golden Saucer!

What they should have done from the begining was put Tetra master INSIDE the game not outside of it. It would have been a big hit.

Something I've wanted for a long time too. People complain about aestetic / entertainment things in MMOs but honestly sometimes you don't want to just grind / skill up / aquire gear 24~7. It's nice to have an escape within an escape. Not a bad thing to have something that's just an enjoyable time waster in a game. Shouldn't always feel like work.

I'd like it to have it's own currency though :P buy useless little costumes and stuff just for the hell of it. There would be alot you could add to it as well. Battle arena, we already have chocobo racing, gambling (for small amounts of gil and or this area's currency), random minigames.

Think how fun it would be to take your ls mates out after a hard day of slaying baddies to sit down and play a game of blackjack. lol

Yep, it could be a place to just seat and enjoy with your friends without the concerns of wiping, expecting to get some armors, or worrying about "hell they claimed the NM first", it could be a place to have plain fun.
