As far as present currently we have augmented Geas fete armor and augmented Ilvl abjuration gear able to be delivered to same-account characters.
You can also look at this page https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/Adhemar%20Bonnet one of the flags says "AugSendable", this is the case of the we know of above. Unfortunately at present, equipment augmented from Skirmish + Alluvion skimish/ Sinister Reign are not deliverable
SE also did not make POL-account-deliverable the WOTG Watchful Pixie Augmented Weapons, Fields Of Valour [Field Parchment] Augmented Items, Abyssea Augmented Items (such as Dark Rings and Wivre Hairpins etc.), and also Skirmish+2 Augmented Items, and also Alluvion Augmented Items.
All of those things are POL-sendable prior to Augmentation, but not POL-sendable after Augmentation.
I think all Augmented Gear should be sendable to characters on the same POL account, excluding Augmented RME, because RME are Quest Related and actually built specifically for a single character via quests.
But I also understand that the Augmented Items / Delivery Box changes, might involve too much extra work for the FFXI Team, who are already stretched thinly, working overtime, and they're trying to add new content too.
