Why can I throw away my REMA weapon?

Sam has lots of Store TP and TP Bonus (Mpaca Head + Moonshade Earring = 450 TP Bonus + Skill-chain Damage 24~39%(Head Aug+Gift+Trait) ) for constant spam of 999999 and Good SC Damage when possible.
