Yeah me and wife have both had the same issue, the guy I talked to on the phone about it was rude as hell. He told me that I've yet to pay on time since 2008, I would like to know how this is my fault considering they automatically take the payment from our cc's.
It seems as the years go by SE just keeps getting worse and worse. They are putting out crappier games day by day. Their customer service is getting worse every time I talk to them. And they do nothing but make promises they apparently don't intend to keep. "Like the supposed free month."
SE you need to make some serious adjustments to you company and how it runs, or you're gonna end up becomming the next company to go down like Sega did.

I had the same problem... I guess I'm not special enough to get the free month.. Sounds like the are having problems again. So basically they're going to get the money from the people who got screwed out of 2-3 more days of playing. Guess I could pay it but why? All the other people I play with that didn't have the errors early in the month aren't getting billed.. Something smells fishy.. This reminds me of the times I got double charged.. Bad business ethics... just bad ; ;

yeah i still cant get an answer except to pay.....such a nice FREE month...nothing like waiting on hold for an hour then being told "oh well nothing i can do just pay it" then hearing that famous click of them hanging up on the other end

Update, After calling yesterday and arguing with an SE rep, then getting an apology for all of it, and enduring alot of "reasons" why my account was deactivated, I was told that SE knew about the "problems" going on with alot of ppl being billed during the middle of the month. Rep said they were working on it before the call ended. Decided to to go ahead and run my card through again to see how much I would be charged and to my surprise I was charged 0.00 on reactivation and 0.00 on reactivating my content ids, whereas yesterday I was told I would have to pay the full amount for April just like all other months. Seems like SE might have fixed things now and just need ppl to go through the process of reactivating their accounts but got it fixed so as not to charge them anything, at least that's what it did for me. Went from normal 13.95 yesterday to 0.00 today. Just thought I'd put that out there for anyone who's had the same problem occur yesterday.

lol. Most of you were the ones giving people like me crap for not being sympathetic about the close of the game and the event in japan making that happen.. Shit happens. Now you are back to hating SE for there crappy service and lack luster of american players. They own it and will do whatever they want. you can try and atke them to court like people have before... I posted the last time they were aken there for well lack of a better term Screwing the american customer...
