Make it so that any action that generates enmity on anything (sleep/provoke/attacking/etc, as well as curing anyone on a mob's hatelist) removes the protection. Direct agro should also break the invulnerability.. say the alli wipes, someone gets up and agroes everything.. They shouldn't be immune to damage for that.
The first part I basically said already, but you bring up a good point about aggro. I think the protection should only be a couple seconds after gaining full movement control though, so I'm not sure if it needs special consideration because at best you will get hit 2-3 times before you die again.
