Old rare gear you would like Upgraded

Duelist's Belt. There is a +7 int, and Mnd abyssea belt, and heirarch for hmp. One of the nice things about rdm acc belt was that it melded the int mnd and hmp. Now to stay current rdm's are expected to carry the 2 +7 ones and rdm belt... booo. The 80 slots is already not feasible to carry your various nuke,enfeeble,Tp/WS,haste/cure gear without having 3 belts.

Remember these are just idea's of stuff they could add to Trial of Magian or the new Synergy Augments if enough people push for it maybe a few of these items can be added who wouldn't want more base dmg at the very least to Thief Knife?

Thief Knife - Trial: Proc additional effect TH on 300 beastmen that give exp.

The Sirocco Kukri is a pain to get took a lot of work maybe a simple augment of DMG +6 on it would be awesome.
Rapidus Sax is a 100% drop from an Abyssea NM not saying it isnt good (90 THF I usually use triplus dagger) but the effort to get it is very easy in comparison.

Technically Leaping boots have an upgrade through Crafting so stuff like that could be off the list but bounding boots do not they have to be earned so maybe a simple augment of more DEF would be great.(1 less than the crafted ones)
Your comparing level 7 gear with level 78 that's silly making level 7 gear have a few more def wouldn't be game breaking at all and could use on multiple low jobs small tweaks to low gear like that could give you a better chance at living since traditional parties don't happen much. Empress Hairpin they could add 3 DEF to it, yes it isn't much but better than nothing and where would +4 DEF between those 2 items be bad?

None. I want new gear, thanks. But what's with that list? Why does thief knife need to be upgraded? It's only purpose is TH.... It doesn't need better stats to serve its purpose.

Those items already have extremely good stats for their level, way, way better than anything else, and adding anything more to them would make them even more so. Low level gear needs no changes.

I got my SIrocco Kukri after camping the NM for 8 Straight hours, It popped nearly 5 hours AFTER its window closed. Despite Wind weather actually aprearing during his window in which he did not pop in, and the was only the day it finally dropped. I camped it a few times before then against others.

And I can let it die. Anyone should be able to as well :\ If its Augment able through Synergy I'll probably give it a wack, but right now I'm using Twil/Trip combo and i don't see very much changing that short of a Relic/etc

If evolith wouldn't have sucked so bad, it'd be really easy for se to implement a way to upgrade past items via synergy.

Oh god Evolith, That failure system makes me depressed even today.

It had a good idea (Hunts, Etching, Etc) But it just died in the water cause the majority of the armor was terrible base, and the Evolith Augments were entirely too situational to be useful.

I thought the funniest insult was 1 minute off a 2hour.

I said very least Base damage. SE could make it level 90 with TH+2 and 40 base dmg via magian or with synergy could add something like 3% haste. As a THF im always using Thief knife off hand relic+1 gloves and +2 AF3 feet. Yes I know swap gear out after 1st proc but you lose tp changing weapons.

There must be some old gear you just cant get yourself to toss that would be great for some form of upgrade?! Doesn't have to be high level or have endgame use, might just be an extra bonus to level some of your lowbie jobs without resorting to abyssea leeching.

1 min off 2hr ya that's just a slap in the face!

I facepalmed when i saw that. I was really hoping they'd do well with evolith... I guess, if you think about it, if you take all 5 evolith body pieces, you can put 1 minute off on all of them and you have a total of 5 WHOLE MINS off of your 2 hr. It could be a macro piece. I understood that in all actuality, you can't make great evolith because you really have up to 45 different evolith options(3 per piece and 3 different colors). What they did attempt was a bit... sad? But yeah, i loved the implementation (hunts and synergy). It was really why I leveled synergy in the first place.
