Server mergers

any Plans to address lag issues and game freeze due to how populated the servers are? for example I'm on Ragnarok now and I'm getting alot of lag due to how populated it is, I'm also playing on the 360 with a dsl.

If this is in the wrong section please direct me to the proper place so this issue can be known and addressed
