Placing it in the bugs forum isn't enough, if you read my post above. >_> You need to fill it out in the proper format, else it won't be filed properly, and instead will be shoved into "insufficient information" and ignored. That is why he is asking if anyone has put in an "official" bug report, because that's the kind that'll actually be noticed.
