I think you guys are missing the main point.
It looks bad ass.

I really don't care too much about how it looks. Especially by the time it's been squashed down onto my small taru frame. I wear gear based on the stats.

That is more of an approximation since the game checks for each one. So kinda depends on how much QA/TA/DA you already have. But let's assume all you have is thaumus body (because not using thaumus on any job that has it is silly) and whatever from belt for that. twilight combo will give 1.167018 attacks per round. Windbuffet 1.216. Small difference but will matter more with more multi hit stacking. And of course this doesn't condsider what you are changing for that 7 haste difference. And of course more attacks isn't always better Xhit builds might want to be considered and such. So really needs to be judged based on the full set.
