No Abyssean Khimera can use that move. Not sure why but SE deemed it so.

Nope, see, when implementing the Cerberus, Hydra, and Khimera NMs into Abyssea they removed their special features. By this I mean the ability to break a Khimera's Wings, or cut off a Hydra's heads, I think this is part of why that TP is not used by their Khimera in Abyssea. But in either case, neither one uses it sadly.

Which in my personal opinion is stupid, why couldn't have implemented the khimaira with their wings -up- like how the Hydra has all of its heads?
