New Player on Odin

i just started in odin as well any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey guys and girls any chance to join your linkshell when me and my friend move servers? I've been playing the game since NA release but I'm a slow progresser and my friend is new to the game. We are on Bismarck and the server has gotten down to the mid 300s during our playtimes hopefully Odin is better then that.
