I hope you know this is a huge missed opportunity. Customizable Mog Houses are great but are rather limited. This would have been a great way to replace the MH and offer some deep customization options.

This whole patch reminds me sort of like GeoRama in White Knight Chronicles. The only differences is the resources had visible objects. This area will only have a simple static configuration to alter that won't allow visible user modifications like the mog house.

Almost the same concept just one isn't as graphical.

I think Mog Gardens sounds really enjoyable, but I agree with Catmato's sentiments. Is there any way some degree of customization could be added in the future?

I was hoping for a mog resort where all the moogles can go to and relax!

29/04/13 Talking Hat's Long-Armed Fuzzy Shop

Today, I felt a lot of long-armed fuzzies. Some of them were just a dull brown and extra warm, and some of them were hot pink and tiny. They all felt really nice!

Everybody was really nice to me there. They were really concerned with whether or not I was okay, or if there was anything they could do. A little girl even gave me her doll to play with. The talking hat on top of a walking mannequin was hilarious!

Not everything was good, though. I threw up all over a bunch of argyle long-armed fuzzies, and suddenly the mannequin moving the talking hat around started yelling at me. "Get the Hell out of my sweater shop!" it screamed over and over and over until my head hurt!

But, then I drank another lamp and everything was okay again. These two nice Galka in orange and blue armor even took me somewhere where I could sleep, and they even gave me bread and beans for breakfast in the morning!

I would like to subscribe to this newsletter, please. Are freelance contributions acceptable? I've been wanting to do a piece on Alliance healing for the chronically drunk.

This is a great fix to all the lower level crafting. Thanks. Maybe one day our crafting can be as fast as our leveling.


How ever did you guys get the devs to give us a more resonable "time spent equals reward" system such as this? Wait... maybe I dont want to know the answer to that. Keep doing what your doing, its working!


Now if only you could get the devs to let my scrolls for blm drop at a more reasonable rate (spent 6 hours farming goblins for stun, nothing dropped)... or perhaps thats too much wishful thinking.

Is there a clear release date for the Mog Gardens? Or a point it may get released?

You can perform logging and harvesting in tree groves.
At first, there won't be much, but as you plant trees and level up, the grove will grow spectacularly as in the image.

You can mine here! Use your pickaxe to mine away.
This image is from the default state. As you level up through development, the rocks will be carved away, and mineral deposits may appear.

★Moogle Fields

These fields are full of Moogle lore. Plants grow abundantly from seeds sown here.
At first, there are not many types of seeds you can plant, but as the power of the Moogles grows, you will be able to plant more seeds, as in the picture above.
It has been said that mysterious seeds and things other than seeds can also be sown here…

That should give you an idea of how the Mog Gardens will look.
Islands containing Mog Gardens are not very large; I would say about the size of 3 Mog Houses.

In addition, these areas will have their own theme music.
For those of you who own the Seekers of Adoulin soundtrack, give “Track 8: Mog Resort” a listen.
The sweet vocals invite you to this island.

This content is only about 20% complete.
It will be released as soon as it is completed, which we hope will be before the end of the summer.

We also plan to implement several suggestions posted in the forums.
We will let you know about these features as they are completed.
